WhatsApp has introduced a new feature using which you can send multiple contacts at once to any WhatsApp user and group. So for the next time, whenever you have to share two or more contacts to a particular WhatsApp user in one go, it can be done with just few taps.
Earlier, only one contact at a time can be sent in WhatsApp. This feature is enhanced further to make it more convenient. So sending multiple contacts in batch to a WhatsApp user using Android phone is made possible with the latest update.
It is really good to see that WhatsApp takes care of its users a lot. It is introducing new features rapidly. Recently, we got Status feature to add GIFs, photos, and videos as WhatsApp status. Though it replaced old text status which was not liked by many users, so WhatsApp added text status feature again. This indicates that WhatsApp really care for its users. So, changes and new features are a part of WhatsApp. Sending multiple contacts at once is also the need of many WhatsApp users. So WhatsApp finally made it possible.
So how can you use this feature?
Before accessing Play Store to check if you have got the update for WhatsApp, do note that currently this feature is available in the beta version of WhatsApp. So if you have joined the beta program of WhatsApp, then this feature can be used right now. Otherwise, you have to wait till this feature starts rolling out for the stable version. If you are curious to know how this feature works, then check these steps:
1). Open a particular WhatsApp conversation. It doesn’t matter if you are accessing group or user conversation. Open the conversation, use the Attach icon so that you can click on Contact option. Till here, everything is same. Now comes the new part.
2). When contacts list is in front of you, select those contacts that you want to send. Tap on contacts one after another and those will be selected. You can easily see how many contacts you have selected. You can also remove any selected contact. When selection is completed, press Go icon (that green button with next arrow).
3). Now you can preview contacts that you are going to send. You can go back to do some changes. If all is good, hit the Send icon.
This is it! The receive will get all those contacts. He/she can click the contact message sent by you and view all those contacts. Simple as that.
WhatsApp will also start peer-to-peer payments in India. So, it is not just a basic messenger anymore. It is becoming a complete messenger suite. Updates are making WhatsApp better and better.
