Taskkill /IM chrome.exe /F
Now, save the note as a .bat file. For this, click on File > Save.
In the Save window that opens, name the file anything that you would like. For ease, I set it as Chrome_kill. Now, make sure to add .bat after the file name, then click on the Save option.
Go to the location where you saved the .bat file. Select the file and press Ctrl + C to copy the file.
Press Win + R to launch the Run box. Here, type shell:startup and press the Enter button. The Startup Folder will open. Press the Ctrl + V to paste the .bat file here.
Now, restart your PC. Chrome will not open with Windows 10 startup.
