In this rule, you can add email addresses in the exclusion list and then enter email address in Bcc/Cc. After that, when you compose an email and send emails to everyone, except the excluded emails, then that particular email is automatically Bcc to the specified email address.
- Automatically Cc or Bcc email when an email is sent to only the specified email addresses. In this rule, you need to enter email addresses and select Bcc or Cc option. After that, select the email address for Bcc or Cc. Now when you sen an email to all those specified email addresses, then that email is Bcc or Cc to the email address specified by you.
Create any of these rules and use “Save Rule” button to save the rule. You can then continue to add more rules (unlimited) based on your preferences.
